The Purpose Driven Life

On Christmas Day 2006, I picked up Rick Warren’s book The Purpose Driven Life. I committed to reading one chapter a day for forty days. On the thirty-sixth day, the chapter I read was Made For A Mission. This same day, I traveled to Chillicothe, Ohio to attend an orientation meeting at The Refuge, a ministry for troubled men, to see how I could become involved in helping others.

After witnessing what The Refuge is doing for these men, which is truly a miracle, I realize that my life has been blessed and I want to share with others.
